Refund policy

This refund policy applies to our subscription, pay-per-view content, escort listing, and future video chat services.
1. Non-refundable Products
Due to the digital and time-based nature of our services, the following are non-refundable:
- Monthly VIP content subscriptions
- Pay-per-view videos once unlocked
- Escort listing fees after profile is published
- Video chat credits once sessions begin
2. Exceptions
Refunds are considered only in these situations:
- Duplicate charges
- Verified platform access failure
- Unauthorized transactions (reported within 7 days)
3. Subscription Auto-renewals
All subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4. Request Process
Submit refund requests to aladin.luxury@gmail.com with:
- Registered email
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund
Review time: 5–7 business days. If approved, funds are returned in 7–10 days.
5. Chargeback Abuse
Users initiating fraudulent chargebacks:
- Will be permanently banned
- Will forfeit access to purchased content
- May be reported to PSPs and relevant fraud databases
6. Legal Compliance

- US FTC Refund Guidelines
